We equip you with a home office receiving unit, software and customer database application that works with a dedicated phone line and computer. You can choose to run our software in two modes: Attended, when your office is staffed and unattended when it's not.

In unattended mode, SecureHEAT can send alerts via pager, fax, voicemail or text message. Unlike other energy monitoring products that only report failures, The SecureHEAT system even offers constant and periodic reporting to alert you that installed monitors are performing properly in customers' homes. It even detects overdue service calls from customers, alerting you to check monitors.
